The Cadillac Area Chamber Leadership Program is a 10-month experience designed to grow confident, connected professionals who understand how to lead both inside and outside the workplace. It’s not a theory-based seminar, it’s real-world, hands-on learning that deepens participants’ understanding of how Cadillac works and where they fit in and we have been leading this program for 32 years.
Whether you have an emerging leader, a department lead, or someone already thriving in their role, this program gives them the tools, connections, and perspective to lead even better.
