Successful participation requires regular attendance. More than two (2) full-day absences will result in forfeiture of graduation status. (Pending extreme situations or workforce requirements by your Employer)

If you anticipate needing to miss class or if attendance-related concerns arise you must inform both your employer and the Leadership Director as soon as possible. Any communication day of an event regarding attendance will need to be made directly to the Leadership Director and is not to be directed to the Leadership group as a whole.

I hereby grant Cadillac Area Chamber of Commerce and its designees the right to photograph and/or record me during program activities and use such media, including my likeness, name, voice, image, and biography for internal and external promotional and educational purposes, in any format or medium.

I understand there is no compensation for use of this media, and that I may withdraw my consent in writing at any time, though materials already used or distributed cannot be retracted.
