About our project

This year’s 2025 – 2026 Cadillac Leadership Class, is pleased to announce that they have chosen to partner with Boon Sports Management, to help renovate The Wexford Civic Centers lobby and restrooms.

As the only large event space in a 50-mile radius, The Wex is truly one of a kind. The Wex plays a vital role in bring communities together all throughout the year; from large to small events, hockey leagues and even hosting the Governor of Michigan each spring, The Wex is the heartbeat and center of the Cadillac Community and far beyond. The Wex creates opportunities for connection, celebration, and shared experiences that strengthen community ties.

This project, titled “Restroom Rescue – Lobby and Loos Wex Edition”, focuses on transforming high – traffic areas into spaces that combine functionality and an updated design. By prioritizing a guest’s experience and operational excellence, The Wex is ensuring every visit begins and ends in a positive, welcoming environment that reflects both comfort and quality.
