An organization driven by mission, Mercy Hospital Cadillac staffs 97 inpatient beds, and serves a four county area. As one of Wexford County's largest employers, with more than 500 total employees, and supported by 80 dedicated physicians, Mercy Hospital is making the greater Cadillac area a healthier community for generations to come.

Helping to make a healthier community, Mercy Hospital has physicians and primary care providers in health specialties including: Family Practice, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Internal Medicine, General and Orthopedic Surgery, Urology, Ophthalmology, Oncology, Cardiology, Podiatry, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, Radiology, Pulmonology, Pathology, Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia, Allergy & Asthma, Ear, Nose & Throat, Nephrology, Electromyography (EMG), Endocrinology, Neurology, Pediatric Cardiology and Sleep Clinic.

 

Mercy Hospital Cadillac is owned by the nation’s third largest Catholic healthcare organization, Trinity Health, in Novi, Michigan and has a partnership agreement with Munson Healthcare, in Traverse City, Michigan.

Recent Accomplishments

• 2005 Governor's Award Recipient for third consecutive year.
• Overall top hospital rating among Trinity Health System's 47 hospitals based on a comprehensive set of measurements.
• Successful implementation of online nursing documentation and RadNet; both of the clinical innovations have enhanced the care and safety of patients.
• Key participant in establishment of the Free Medical Clinic in Cadillac and the Medication Access Program (MAP)

• $2 million renovation project of the OB unit to create the Family Birth Center
• $1 million renovation project of the Emergency Room
• Acquired a state of the art CT scanner, two ultrasound units and a mammography unit through a community donation
