The Cadillac area industrial park developments are innovative in their scope and variety.

The Cadillac Industrial Fund is a private, non-profit organization which has been dedicated to the growth and expansion of the Cadillac business community for over 50 years.

Through a unique partnership with the City of Cadillac and the Cadillac Area Chamber of Commerce, the Cadillac Industrial Fund serves as the marketing, business recruitment and retention arm of the Cadillac industrial community.
