Jack W. O'Neill Building
The
Cadillac Industrial Fund has embarked on a new venture designed
to aid industrial location and expansion in the City of Cadillac.
Now under construction in the James E. Potvin Industrial Park
is the Jack W. O'Neill Building. This building is located on Lot
3 of the Potvin Industrial Park. It is a Butler steel frame building,
with the following dimensions and amenities:

The
exterior of the building also features a 5' high wainscot of split-faced

currently constructed, the O'Neill Building contains 22,500 sq.
ft. However, the building has been located on its lot such that
it can be expanded up to a total of 40,000 sq. ft. Additionally,
four (4) underground utility plugs have been installed with the
original building to allow for future utility hook-ups.

O'Neill Building is for sale or lease. The Cadillac Industrial Fund
is willing to work with prospective buyers to accommodate special
financing programs (i.e., SBA 504 Loan Program, CIF-arranged local
financing) and other creative sales agreements. The Cadillac Industrial
Fund also works closely with the City of Cadillac and the State
of Michigan to assure a buyer's maximum access to the various tax
